This card has an erratum: This virtual Ferengi personnel has been changed to include an additional cost to his ability, requiring him to stop to prevent and overcome a dilemma. The Design Team spent a lot of time looking at the power of the "Reyga deck" over the past year and looked at several cards for possible change. It was ultimately decided that an erratum to Reyga would address the problems with that deck's power with the least collateral damage to the affiliation. Game text before errata: "While this personnel is facing a dilemma that has a cost of 1 or more and does not require a skill, you may remove two Rule cards from beneath your Ferenginar from the game to prevent and overcome that dilemma."
