    Damar became legate in 2374. Weary of Dominion rule, he led the resistance effort to free Cardassia in 2375. Rumored to have secret mountain stronghold.

    From OFFICER Glinn Damar to V.I.P. Legate Damar, this character has undergone some of the most sweeping changes seen in any personnel. You can still download him to a properly equipped Nor, but he needs Guest Quarters now instead of Ops. More important, his status as legate now allows him to play for free at Central Command, a worthwhile tradeoff for the loss of ability to report to Dukat. His ENGINEER skill has been traded for SECURITY (still allowing him to oversee ore processing) and his Treachery has made way for Honor, not the most common skill for Cardassians. His Leadership x2 will still let him lead a battle, and his staff star has been upgraded to command. The same Computer Skill and Physics that he had before round out his mission-solving skills. His INTEGRITY has jumped 3 points to an outstanding 9, a big help in passing dilemmas like Q or New Essentialists. For battle or mission-solving, Legate Damar will be an asset to any Cardassian deck.

    Legate Damar + Damar: Just swap personas to go from Treachery and ENGINEER to Honor and SECURITY and back again.
