    If a male and female present, lowest INTEGRITY male and lowest INTEGRITY female are "stopped" (discarded if their INTEGRITY numbers are the same).

    Something like a space/planet Parallel Romanceimage, this dilemma can have much more serious consequences. Where Parallel Romance makes a random selection, Strange Bedfellows targets your lowest INTEGRITY of each gender. Where the romantic couple is "stopped" for two full turns, the "bedfellows" must be discarded if their INTEGRITY numbers are the same. Genetronic Replicators won't help, because this discard is not "death." Even if the numbers are different, so they are only "stopped" for the rest of the turn, a followup dilemma that requires low INTEGRITY could pose further problems. And with no conditions, there's no way to avoid this dilemma except by having either no males or no females in your Away Team or crew.

    Combos:

    • Strange Bedfellows + Drumheadimage: Removing two of your lowest attributes from the crew makes it less likely that the remainder can pass Drumhead.
    • Strange Bedfellows + Chula: The Doorimage: If you were relying on some extremely low-INTEGRITY personnel (such as Kivas Fajoimage) to pass Chula: The Door, you may be in for a wait.
