    Another version of the chameleon-like Elim Garak persona gives you even more choices; tailor your Elim Garak to fit the occasion. This one has the highest CUNNING (10) and the lowest INTEGRITY (4) of the bunch. Like Elim Garak himself, he has Obsidian Order skill, with Treachery and Computer Skill both doubled, making him the Cardassians' best bet for getting by Ferengi Ingenuity. His SECURITY classification is more useful than the other versions' CIVILIAN status, though you'll have to download him to Security Office instead of Promenade Shops if you're using a Nor. Appropriately, he has a special download for Interrogation. His most intriguing and useful skill is the one that turns random selections from your opponent's personnel into your choice. He doesn't even have to be present with the crew or Away Team, just "here" - that is, at the same location.

    Combos:

    • Elim + Neutral Outpost + opponent's highest-point space mission + any random selection dilemmas: He sits safely aboard your outpost - and all the random selections become your choice. Try Chula: The Chandra, Mission Fatigue or Rascals to really throw a monkeywrench into his plans.
    • Elim + Madred: Elim downloads the Interrogation, Madred makes it sting harder each turn.
