    This new Borg affiliation ship offers what no Borg ship has offered before: double-digit RANGE. Add that RANGE of 10 to the normally high attributes of a Borg Cube, throw in the opportunity for matching commander benefits with Locutus, and you've got a very nasty addition to the Borg arsenal.
