This standard wall dilemma is surpassed only by Primitive Culture in its number of ORs; everyone should be able to find some way past it. (Of course, what happens next may not be the most pleasant of surprises.) It gives another use to the old standby Interphase Generator, and yet another incentive to supply some of your personnel-type needs with equipment cards.
The Borg will have a fairly easy time with this, as any four drones will do, while the Dominion, the Bajorans (with Odo and the Breen will find it a snap to pass.
Combos:
- (The Gatherers OR Common Thief OR Rebel Encounter OR Disruptor Overload) + Founder Secret + The Higher … The Fewer: Get rid of their equipment and artifact cards and the most likely way for most affiliations to pass this will be STRENGTH > 70, for a 10-15 point loss.
- Founder Secret + Q's Vicious Animal Things + No Loose Ends: Anyone using the STRENGTH pass will automatically lose a personnel to Q's Vicious Animal Things. Anyone using a tricorder is bound to have several MEDICAL and/or ENGINEER personnel in the Away Team and stands a good chance of losing them.
