Unlike the more impersonal dilemmas which kill your personnel with a coalescent organism or a talking tarpit, this one turns one of your own personnel into a temporary (you hope) psychopath. If you are unfortunate enough to have your highest-CUNNING personnel selected and find your crew or Away Team trapped with him, he will kill them all off one by one. The 2 Exobiology cure is fairly stiff to produce, too.
