Not a large assortment of skills, but what counts is that Exobiology x2. He can singlehandedly provide all the Exobiology you need to cure Garak Has Some Issues and pass Odo's "Cousin." Of course, he breezes by Coalescent Organism, Zaldan and DNA Clues. Add his double dose of SCIENCE (great for Interphasic Plasma Creatures) and you have most of the requirements for Changeling Research in one package.
