With regards to the 1st edition of the game, this card can be viewed as the one of the three most powerful fed ships, this fact can be gleamed from the simple fact that it has a cloak, used with the engage cloak objective, it gives the feds a powerful edge.See the rest of this ST1E card review...

If you're going to limit the number of Non-Aligned personnel in your Kazon crews, you're going to need more than just Seska to represent the feminine gender. Ril is that universal woman's touch, perfect for passing Matriarchal Societies in the Delta Quadrant and abroad.
In any case, Ril will be helpful as a universal Kazon MEDICAL, that all-important skill. Sure, there's Rabek, but if you're using Combat Training, you'll enjoy the fact that she's in the Ogla sect. She brings +5 points to (...)
