If you're going to limit the number of Non-Aligned personnel in your Kazon crews, you're going to need more than just Seska to represent the feminine gender. Ril is that universal woman's touch, perfect for passing Matriarchal Societies in the Delta Quadrant and abroad.
In any case, Ril will be helpful as a universal Kazon MEDICAL, that all-important skill. Sure, there's Rabek, but if you're using Combat Training, you'll enjoy the fact that she's in the Ogla sect. She brings +5 points to (...)
