    While universal, common personnel may not seem like much to get excited about, they're big news for the Romulans, who haven't gotten any new universals since Premiere. And D'Vin is arguably one of the best, providing at last a non-holographic, universal source of Astrophysics and Navigation, both critical skills in any Romulan space-oriented deck. Whether you want backups for Dr. Telek R'Mor or safe passage through the Badlands, you'll want more than one copy of this man in your deck. He even has INTEGRITY high enough to escape a Firestorm, unlike all the Premiere universals.

     

    Combos:

    • D'Vin x2 + Tarus x2 + Study Badlands x4: This could get you 100 points with the ultimate in redundant requirements. Throw in a few spare D'Vins for safety in the Badlands.
    • The above + Assign Mission Specialists: Now you only have to complete three of the missions. D'Vin x2 + Stellar Flare: Two of him and your ship is safe from this dilemma.
