    He may not be the next conqueror of Big Blue, but Nibor is a solid contributor to the Ferengi in a variety of ways. The Ferengi are not overly endowed with SECURITY personnel, an increasingly critical attribute. So Nibor is valuable for passing some of the nastier dilemmas out there such as Berserk Changeling. Navigation is versatile for dealing with space dilemmas like Navigational Hazards, while Computer Skill helps with old technology like an Ancient Computer. Transporter Skill is becoming a more desirable skill, particularly for Orion Syndicate Bomb.

    For mission solving he makes a good partner for Kasidy Yates, sitting on a freighter while she Delivers Supplies, or for Dr. Farek at Runabout Search. Add in Jo’Bril to complete Study Cometary Cloud for the win!

    • Nibor + Tog + 6th Rule of Acquisition: The amazing Nibor disappearing act. Now you see him, now you don't - and 3 cards appear! Incredible!
