    Doorway Doorway
    Place one atop Battle Bridge side deck during the seed phase. Battle Bridge is now open and in play (immune to cards which close doorways). OR Stock in deck and play at start of ship battle (even during opponent's turn) if you have Leadership in that battle. Allows you to draw two extra Tactic cards (cumulative) or enhances each of your ships' and facilities' WEAPONS +1; then discard doorway.

    The key to your battle bridge side deck, Battle Bridge Door also is well worth stocking in a draw deck. At the start of a battle, this allows you to draw up to two extra Tactics if you have a Leadership present (and two more cumulatively for each Door you play). This allows you to build a greater diversity in your side deck if you so desire. You can put in cards strong for offense, cards strong for defense, cards with good damage game text or cards with strong damage modifiers, and still be able to draw the best Tactic for the battle at hand. Even one Doorway played from hand gives you twice as many chances as you normally get at drawing the Tactic you want.

    Combo:

    • Battle Bridge Door + your regular draw deck: Side deck or no, you can also simply stock the Battle Bridge Door to provide a quick and unexpected +1 WEAPONS boost to all of your ships and facilities in a battle.
