This dilemma is virtually a planet/space Armus against the more "honorable" affiliations. The typical Federation, Klingon or Bajoran Away Team is unlikely to yield a random selection with one of the requisite means of avoiding death. This can be a great way to weed out a high-INTEGRITY, honorable personnel. Romulans and Cardassians, on the other hand, will more often than not escape with only one personnel "stopped." That makes this a good dilemma for those affiliations to seed under a mission that they may want to steal or espionage.
Combo:
- Skullduggery + Conundrum: If the crew had enough INTEGRITY to pass Conundrum before, they probably won't after Skullduggery.
