An extraordinarily easy mission for the Cardassians to complete, with more OFFICERS than they know what to do with and plenty of Treachery, this will fit well into any Cardassia Region deck. Though nominally worth only 25 points, it can be raised to a whopping 45 by the simple expedient of loading down your crew with hand weapons for discard. Never use hand weapons? They're awfully handy these days, particularly for fending off Vole Infestations. This mission gives you one more reason to include them in a well-rounded deck.

Combo:

Weapons Locker + Verify Evidence + Kressari Rendezvous: Report your hand weapons "on the fly" as you travel first to Verify Evidence (meeting one requirement for that mission), then on to supply weapons to the Circle. And you'll be safe from voles at both space missions.
