    With the Bajorans being as light on ENGINEER personnel as they are, you probably don't need much incentive to put Neela in your deck. She also has a nice variety of skills, including the Computer Skill/Treachery mix it will take to use an Airlockimage. You'll probably want to bulk up her stats a bit before you send her to man the Airlock, though - how fortunate then that she can download a Bajoran Phaserimage! With equipment being so valuable now against Common Thiefimage, and phasers in particular useful in a few other situations, Neela can be a great addition to even an otherwise Honor-able strategy.

    Combo:

    • Neela + Shakaar Edonimage: Download Neela's phaser and have her team up with the Resistance. That's an amazing 4 STRENGTH bonus for all your Bajorans (except Odoimage, of course).
