    She's rubbish! :-)

    No, actually she's a very nice card well with increasingly useful skills, a nice special skill, and all-round usefulness.

    Starting at the top, she's dual-affiliation Bajoran/Non-Aligned. While she really shines in a Bajoran deck, the gold icon allows almost any affiliation to make use of her. CIVILIAN allows her to go report to Nors at Promenade Shops while the combination of Non-Aligned and Navigation allows her to be downloaded (very rare!) to her more natural home, the Cargo Bay.

    Skill-wise her experience in space can really help a deck out. Navigation x2 is a godsend for passing Gravimetric Distortion and an economic help to dealing with Stellar Flare. It's also good at maneuvering round the Badlands avoiding Plasma Storms and helping to solve any mission there. Transporter Skill is important for dealing with nasty presents from the Orion Syndicate, and can be used in a Dominion deck to operate the Invasive Transporters, freeing up a more powerful Jem'Hadar to go and have fun massacring your opponent's crew with his chums. I can't help but feel that there's something terribly wrong with that image somehow!! Smuggling is a nice skill to have to round off the set for passing Arms Deal and helping with some of the less frequently seen Bajoran missions such as Acquire Illicit Explosives.

    Her special skill is just that - special. Ferry equipment from your Outpost to the Cargo Bay on your Nor (or DS9) and draw 2 extra cards per Equipment title. This is particularly handy for the Cardassians of all people. Pop Kasidy and Ari onto a zippy Xepolite Freighter, shuttle weapons from a facility to your Cargo Bay for lots of card draws, and then deliver them to Kressari Rendezvous for 45 points. Another curious image, but it works. Turn round to Dreon VII and complete Deliver Supplies for an extra 40 points. With the 15 points you can get from dilemmas without fear of Writ you have a winning 2-mission deck!
